Resilience is the positive adaptation despite adversity.
If you increase the number of skills to deal with stress and adversity, the better opportunity you have to positively adapt during difficult times. Learn how stress and anxiety effect your brain. Learn skills that retrain your brain to stay calm and out of fight, flight or freeze reactions so you can access the rational part of your brain. You will learn how to stay calm, stay present, stay grounded.
